What is IV Therapy?

IV therapy is a quick way to administer fluids, vitamins and minerals into your blood stream via a small catheter placed in your arm. 100% of IV nutrients are absorbed by the bloodstream as opposed to about 20%-40% when delivered orally. IV therapy is a supplement meant to hydrate and replace vitamins and minerals and is not meant to replace oral hydration.

What are some ailments that are treated with IV Therapy?

● Nausea/Vomiting
● Dehydration
● Athletic performance mineral and fluid depletion
● Low energy levels
● Hangovers
● Headaches/Migraines
● Altitude sickness
● Allergies
● Food poisoning
● Flu and Colds
● Immune deficiency

Is IV Therapy for everyone?

IV therapy is not for people who are organ transplant recipients, on dialysis or suffer from congestive heart failure, kidney disease and other certain medical conditions. Our practitioners will obtain an extensive medical history to determine IV hydration is right for you.

Does IV Therapy hurt?

You will feel a pinch from the IV catheter as it is placed in the arm. IV bags are stored at room temperature, so patients often feel a cool sensation as the fluid infuses into the arm. It’s harmless and safe. However, if you feel any pain during the infusion, it is important that you notify the practitioner immediately.

Why do I need to fill out paperwork before my appointment?

IV hydration is not for everyone. Our practitioners want to ensure you are a candidate for an IV infusion. Therefore, we ask about your current and past medical history, medications and allergies. It is important that you are honest with the practitioner to avoid a negative reaction to the IV infusion. Your safety comes first.

How long does an IV infusion appointment take?

Most appointments take between 30-90 minutes depending on the infusion you choose. New patient visits may take slightly longer.

How soon will I feel the effects of my IV treatment?

Generally patients feel better within 15-30 minutes of IV treatment depending on the drip however it varies from person to person.

How often can I get an IV treatment?

This varies from person to person. However, most people will benefit from treatments spaced about two weeks apart and many people schedule monthly IV infusions.

Do you offer memberships or group discounts?

We currently do not offer memberships but we do offer group discounts so be sure to ask us about this when booking.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance. We take cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards at this time.

Do you give IV Therapy to children?

In some cases, with parental consent, we will treat older teenagers. The parent/guardian MUST be present for the entire treatment. We do not treat any child who is under 15 or under 100 pounds, even with parental consent.

Do you treat pregnant women?

We do not provide IV infusion to pregnant women. While it can be safe to treat pregnant women, we prefer to wait until a woman has delivered her baby and has also completed nursing. Anything that goes into your veins makes its way to your baby so we want to take extra precautions! However many postpartum women love the benefits of IV vitamin infusions to combat low energy, dehydration, headaches and hair loss!

Are you available for parties or group gatherings?

Yes we are and can offer discounts for group events! IV hydration is perfect either before or after wedding parties, birthday parties, international travel, engagement parties and more!
